Batch cooking. Bulk cooking. Meal prep. It doesn’t really matter how you do it, and while I have lots of grocery store hacks, it DOES help to have some balanced, home-cooked options on hand. Easy ways”accidental meal prep” I’ve been doing: 🥦 making extra dinner and portioning it out for my lunch the next day 🥚 cooking a big batch of hard boiled eggs 🍲 making a bit batch of soup or oatmeal and using it for future meals (if it’s a really big batch i like to freeze smaller portions for longer) �
