An exposure visit to the automated irrigation system at @National Agricultural Research Center, Islamabad was organized. Officials from the Government Agriculture Department, including the Director General @Agriculture Research, Director of the Agriculture Research Institute, Swat and officials from the On-Farm Water Management Department, visited NARC. The purpose of the visit was to explore, experience and understand the pros and cons of the automated irrigation system before its installation
