Finally got a reservation for Carbone- overall a decent experience. Loved the rigatoni and table side Caesar salad. The veal Parmesan was not worth the $$$ at all- just tasted like a basic chicken Parmesan. I would definitely go back but only for the rigatoni! #carbone #lasvegas #lasvegasfoodie #italianfood
